TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES PARTICIPATING FROM ELIGIBLE JURISDICTIONS LISTED BELOW

This Terms of Use and Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of this website and any other services offered by FORTUNE KINGS. Additional terms may apply to certain services, which we will communicate accordingly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Fortune Kings ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our Games and Platforms across any electronic device. Please note that these Terms include a clause waiving your right to file class action claims and mandate individual arbitration for disputes unless you choose to opt out within the designated period.

By selecting the acceptance box during registration or accessing the Games or creating a Customer Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms, encompassing our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gameplay Policy, Sweeps Rules, Tournament Rules, and any specific terms related to games or promotions.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or meet the higher legal age requirement in your jurisdiction) to engage in the Games; comply with jurisdictional criteria; and utilize the Games solely for recreational purposes. You also assure us of the accuracy of information submitted and confirm that funds used do not originate from illicit activities.

Purchases of FORTUNE COINS must exclusively be made using valid Payment Methods. Transactions originating from Washington, Michigan, Nevada, or Idaho will be canceled and refunded.

You agree not to partake in fraudulent or illegal activities—including employing software-assisted methods—and will only acquire Fortune Coins from an account registered under your name. Any violation may lead to disqualification from participation. We reserve the right to restrict access temporarily or permanently to certain promotional offers at our discretion without prior notice if we suspect misuse by any user.

Upon setting up an account and logging into our website daily thereafter, you will receive a set number of Coins allowing entry into our entertainment game platform. These Fortune Coins (Digital Coins) can be played with or without requiring prior purchases. Fortune Coins are the Coins used for gameplay and are non-redeemable for cash prizes; however, they can be used for gameplay that may result in rewards to your account of Sweeps Coins that are redeemable. Additionally, you have the option to buy extra Fortune Coins for extended gameplay; however, purchasing additional coins does not enhance your chances of winning prizes—your odds remain unchanged whether using purchased coins or complimentary coins. Only coins classified as prizes or "winning" can be redeemed.

Fortune Coin purchases from restricted states will be voided. A valid payment method is required for transactions; cash prizes will revert back through the original payment method or assigned bank account. The maximum redemption limit is 20000  Sweep Coins within a 24-hour timeframe, amounts exceeding this threshold will roll over to subsequent days at identical times. You understand that redeeming Sweep Coins for cash prizes is subject to our discretion. Our SWEEPSTAKES are intended solely for amusement purposes only any and all Sweep Coins awarded to your account are awarded at random and for free with no cost nor risk to you; we do not facilitate real-money gambling nor offer opportunities for actual monetary winnings based on gameplay—Sweep Coins can only be redeemed for cash where permitted by law in your area.

You bear responsibility for safeguarding your account information; unauthorized use must be reported immediately. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited; you may face accountability for any resulting misuse.

Terminating your account results in forfeiting access to all Fortune Coins ''Sweeps Coins" as well as unclaimed prizes. Reopening accounts is contingent upon review by our Customer Support and Compliance teams.

You agree to defend indemnify, and hold harmless the Company along with Fortune Kings—including their suppliers, licensors, and partners—from claims arising due to violations of this Agreement; negligent conduct; misuse of Fortune Kings Services; breaches against applicable laws; content posted through our service; third-party rights infringements; as well as breaches concerning representations made hereunder. The Company reserves exclusive defense rights over matters requiring indemnification from you at your expense while maintaining cooperation with ongoing defense efforts led by Fortune Kings Parties.

Our liability extends only up to what you've paid within the preceding 21 days leading up to any claim lodged against us.

You are solely accountable for taxes related to any collected prizes arising from participation.

In cases involving changes in control such as mergers or acquisitions, both your account data may be transferred accordingly.

Should any term prove invalid or unenforceable legally—all remaining terms shall retain validity despite such severance.

This agreement shall adhere strictly under Kentucky state law with disputes settled in courts located therein.

By enrolling with us you're consenting to receive promotional emails along with other communications relevantly tied thereto.

We maintain rights over conducting verification checks necessary including identification reviews according requisite laws aimed at deterring financial crimes through third-party software utilized during KYC procedures upon new account creations alongside redemption processes requiring valid ID submissions throughout both phases. Geofencing services monitor location during Account Creation/Login/Game Play/Redemption ensuring lawful jurisdiction participation—accessing functionalities while within excluded territories remains prohibited until compliance meets location requirements established herein. Pending Prize redemptions may face delays until verifications conclude satisfactorily. Cumulative redemptions reaching US$2000 invoke further identification scrutiny requiring documents proving identity/address/source wealth documentation like utility statements/pay slips/bank records compliant within specified timelines. Failure completing verification requests permits closure/restriction actions deemed fitting against customer accounts. Your responsibility encompasses ensuring lawful participation based upon jurisdictional guidelines knowingly circumventing restrictions utilizing VPN/proxies misrepresenting locations constitutes breach potentially inviting criminal charges hereunder this agreement supersedes all previous communications/proposals barring instances involving fraud allegations.
